Complimentary Travel Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Charm &amp; Chai may provide a complimentary outline itinerary, practical travel plan, travel tips and personalised recommendations based on information provided by the client through our Journey Planning Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">The complimentary travel plan is intended as an initial indication and does not constitute a confirmed booking, reservation, travel contract or guarantee of availability, pricing or provision of any third-party travel service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">4. Personalised Travel Planning and Consultation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may request a paid personalised travel planning and consultation service. The scope of the service and applicable fee will be communicated and agreed before the service begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">The service may include consultation, itinerary development, travel advice and recommendations regarding accommodation, transportation, activities, local partners and other travel-related services according to the client&#8217;s preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the travel planning service does not itself constitute the purchase or provision of accommodation, transportation, flights, activities or other third-party travel services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">5. Third-Party Travel Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodation, flights, trains, transfers, private drivers, guides, activities, restaurants and other travel services may be provided by independent third-party providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where a client books and pays for a travel service directly with a third-party provider, the contract for that service is between the client and the respective provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">The third-party provider&#8217;s own booking conditions, payment terms, cancellation policy and other contractual conditions apply to that service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where Charm &amp; Chai provides assistance with a reservation or coordination, the scope of such assistance will depend on what has been agreed with the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">6. Prices and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Any fee charged by Charm &amp; Chai for travel planning, consultation, concierge or other services will be communicated to the client before the service is provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly agreed otherwise, costs relating to accommodation, transportation, flights, activities and other third-party travel services are paid by the client directly to the relevant provider according to that provider&#8217;s payment terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Prices and availability of third-party services may change until a booking has been confirmed by the relevant provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">7. Accuracy of Travel Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful travel information and recommendations based on the information available to us at the time of planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Travel conditions, prices, availability, opening hours, transport schedules, entry requirements, visa requirements and other information may change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Clients are responsible for checking the final terms and conditions applicable to their bookings and ensuring that the information provided to us is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">8. Passports, Visas and Entry Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Clients are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits and any other documents required for their journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Charm &amp; Chai may provide general information or practical assistance regarding visa and travel requirements. However, decisions regarding visas, entry and immigration remain the responsibility of the relevant authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">9. Concierge and Local Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where concierge or local support has been agreed, Charm &amp; Chai may assist clients during their stay in India with practical questions, recommendations, communication, coordination and other agreed forms of assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Concierge support does not replace the contractual responsibilities of independent third-party providers for the services they supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">10. Changes to Travel Plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Travel plans may need to be adjusted because of availability, weather, transport conditions, local circumstances, changes made by third-party providers or changes requested by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where a change affects a third-party booking, the terms and conditions of the relevant provider will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">11. Cancellation of Charm &amp; Chai Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation or modification of a paid Charm &amp; Chai planning, consultation or concierge service will be subject to the cancellation terms communicated to the client before the service begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation of accommodation, transportation, flights, activities or other third-party services is governed by the cancellation conditions of the relevant provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">12. Consumer Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where applicable under Slovak consumer protection legislation, consumers have statutory rights concerning contracts concluded at a distance or outside the business premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">The applicable information regarding withdrawal rights, exceptions and the conditions for starting a service before the expiry of the withdrawal period will be provided to the client before the conclusion of the relevant contract, where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms &amp; Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">13. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Charm &amp; Chai is responsible for providing the travel planning, consultation, concierge and other services that it has expressly agreed to provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Where a travel service is provided directly by an independent third-party provider, that provider is responsible for the performance of its own service in accordance with its contractual terms and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms &amp; Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">14.
