Barbora is originally from Slovakia and first travelled to India five years ago as a visitor. What was meant to be a single journey gradually grew into a deep connection with the country, its culture, and everyday life. She now lives in India and, through Charm & Chai, bridges a European perspective on travel with authentic local experiences. In recent years, she has focused on designing personalised journeys and caring for European clients.

Rohit has more than 15 years of experience in the Indian travel industry and specialises in creating authentic journeys across India. He oversees local coordination, works closely with trusted partners, and ensures that every trip runs smoothly so that clients can travel comfortably, safely, and without unnecessary stress.
